A Very Chinese Cookbook Book Tour 2023: Dates, Locations, Details

A Very Chinese Cookbook and America's Test Kitchen are coming to a city near you!

Published Sept. 22, 2023.

This fall, America's Test Kitchen will visit independent bookstores across the U.S. to celebrate the launch of A Very Chinese Cookbook (out Oct. 24).

I (Kevin Pang) will be appearing in-person for all events, while my co-author and dad Jeffrey Pang will be in attendance for select dates.

We'll be on hand to tell stories, answer questions, offer cooking tips, and perhaps even perform a magic trick (there's a trick in the book with fortune cookies).
